Wellbeing and Support

  • Wellbeing, Counselling and Mental Health

    The Wellbeing, Counselling and Mental Health teams provide professional support on issues such as personal, family, social or academic matters.

  • Disability

    The Disability Service provide advice, guidance and support to both current and prospective disabled students. The team also work with you and your department to make arrangements for reasonable adjustments and support for teaching and learning.

  • Transitions

    Get support with settling in and making the most of your time at University. Providing specialist support to Care Leavers, Estranged Students, Student Carers and Students with Autism.

  • Chaplaincy

    Offering pastoral support, space to ask the big questions, and events to build community. The Chaplaincy also offer a quiet space to reflect or just be still. For people of all faiths and none.

  • ASK (Advice, Support and Knowledge) Service

    ASK, formerly the Base, is the gateway to Student Education Services. For any and all queries, you can contact the ASK service via chat, appointment, telephone or email. In person support is also available at the Student Information Desk in the Learning Zone (10am-3pm).
