ASK (Advice, Support and Knowledge) Service

The ASK Service is your one-stop student enquiry service. Staff can offer you guidance on a wide range of personal and academic issues and make appointments with specialist staff where needed.

Our services

ASK, formerly the Base, is a student enquiry desk for Student and Education Services. You can contact the ASK Service via chat, phone, appointment or email. For in person support or to collect your replacement student ID card, please visit the Student Information Desk in the Learning Zone (10am-3pm).
