How to pay
When, where and how to pay your tuition fees
Tuition fees can either be paid in full at the start of the academic year (October), or in two equal instalments due at the start of Term 1 (October) and the start of Term 2 (January). Students with non-standard start dates will also have the option to pay in two instalments and can view their instalment dates via the Online Payments facility, once the fee has been invoiced.
Payments can be made:
- In person by cheque or credit/debit card to Cashiers (A Floor, University House)
- By post to: Cashiers Office, A Floor, University House, Lancaster University, Lancaster LA1 4YW, United Kingdom

Payments should include student ID numbers and either the invoice number (if available) or the reference ‘Tuition Fees’.
Students can view their online statement, which will show any issued tuition fee invoices, via the Student Portal.
