In this Masterclass, aimed at prospective undergraduates, we'll explore some sources and issues of EDI practices, with a specific focus on examining contemporary discourse on inclusion.

We'll then hear from the research of an undergraduate student in the department of Organisation, Work and Technology, who will illustrate how these issues affect BAME women specifically.
