Engineering 2+2 Articulation Programme

Students on this programme spend the first two years of their undergraduate studies at Study World College of Engineering in Coimbatore and then take the final two years at Lancaster University. On successful completion, the students are awarded a BEng or a BSc Honours degree from Lancaster University. If students wish they can continue for a further year, spending three years at Lancaster, and on successful completion will be awarded an MEng or an MSci degree from Lancaster

Admissions Criteria

To enter this programme, students must have an average of at least 50% from the best four subjects at Standard 12, but it would be expected that students have a minimum of 70% to be admitted to this pathway.

Students can choose from one of the following BEng or BSc degree programmes:

Progression Criteria

In the first two years at Study World College of Engineering, in order to progress to Lancaster, students need to have achieved a minimum CGPA of 7.4 or over with at least a GPA of 7.0 in each semester. Students must also have at least 70% in Standard 10 English or IELTS at 6.5 or TOEFL equivalent.
