A transcript will automatically be sent to your adviser at your home university at the end of your study period at Lancaster. For students leaving in December, transcripts are normally posted out in early February. Transcripts for students leaving in June are posted out in August.
You can request an official copy or copies of your transcript after you have left Lancaster. There is a small charge of £5 per transcript which you can pay using the online transcript request form. This includes standard UK Royal Mail postage. If your order is urgent, please email us directly about making alternative arrangements.
You will need to complete your name, date of birth, address, year at Lancaster, the number of transcripts required and a postal address.
Please make sure that you place your transcript order at least 4 working weeks in advance of when you actually need it to ensure it reaches you in good time.

The Scholarship is open to all our Alumni, regardless of their nationality or year of graduation. You do not need to apply for this scholarship, you will qualify automatically if you meet the eligibility criteria and the course entry requirements.
