Birds exploding from pies, amputated hands, greyhounds that turn into women, and gibes about Lancaster wine, Heywood and Brome’s hugely entertaining\u00a0The Late Lancashire Witches<\/em> is coming home for a one-off performance at\u00a0Lancaster\u00a0Castle on Friday 17th August<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\nThis madcap play tells the story of a Lancashire community turned upside-down by the mischief of local witches and was a sell-out success during its original run in 1634.<\/p>\n
