Roman Half Uncial: Punctuation

Is there any punctuation?

It is not really necessary. The layout provides all the 'punctuation': there is no need to use separate points. As this is largely a list of chapter-headings, we would not expect to see much punctuation even nowadays. When the sentence comes to an end, the scribe begins a new paragraph.

The one exception is the mid-line dots in the second section. These appear to mark off the titles of the books.

EXPLICIT EPISTULA· SANCTIAUGUSTINIDE

CURAPROMORTUISGERENDA

INCIPITEIUSDEMLIBER· ENCHIRIDION

Here ends the letter Of Saint Augustine concerning
the Care to be taken of the Dead
.
Here begins, by the same [author], the book Enchiridion.

The convention about naming books is clearly not the same as ours.
