to þe end for a certen soume of money yn noumbur xxxviij shillings
to the end for a certain sum of money in number 38 shillings
þat the for seyd Thomas haspayd to þe for seyd Richard be fore honde þe ton
that the foresaid Thomas has paid to the foresaid Richard beforehand, the one
Crofte calde Capite þe todur Crofte calde doglone crofte .
croft called Captte [?Capertte] the other called Daglane Croft
and the seyd Thomas to vpeholde þe closure of þe seyd Croftes with syche
and the said Thomas to uphold the closure of the said croftes with such
tynsill as grouis on þe seyd grounde at his aune propur coste and charge.
tinsel [brushwood] as grows on the said ground at his own proper cost and charge
and soo to leyf hom sufficiently reparelde at þe end of his terme and
and so to leave them sufficiently reparelled [repaired] at the end of his term and
to þis a bouffe writton well and trewly to be performed on bothe parteys
to this abovewritten well and truly to be performed on both parties
