How does the competition work?
The competition starts with a qualifying stage in order to select the entries from Lancaster University.
To be considered in the initial stage, you will need to submit to the Enterprise Team:
· A two-minute video pitch outlining the idea behind the business and how it came about.
· A completed Business Model Canvas providing insight into the inner workings of your business or idea. (Template issued by Santander)
A panel of judges with entrepreneurial experience will then assess all entries and two winners will be selected.
The two winners of this stage will be put forward into a Regional Heat in June 2019, and if you are successful at that stage, you will have the opportunity to participate in an Accelerator Week in August 2019, which will prepare you for the Nation Finals in October 2019.
The Work In Progress Team will be hosting an information session in the near future. Please watch out for this opportunity to find out more. Alternatively please call into the Work in Progress Studio and ask one of our team members.
