ornaments occur on these dresses - no fanciful or sharp cutting - all
is heavy, cheap and brainless and the letters above are twice
as large. This figure points up with the finger of the right
hand; like the other and has a kind of collar like a man's about
her neck.

5. Desperatio, a woman tearing her hair - or at least
pulling it out {in two long curls} on each side, utterly without expression

The dog however is not bad: sharply enough cut though
and small, with its paws folded in same way over breast
and with the round cattle bells about its neck.
7. Infidelitas with child's image: a turbaned figure
staring, utterly devoid of expression.
8. Modesty, a little better, female - well featured -
with a vase like a coffee pot
