equal in breadth on both sides, should - a b in 88 D. which
was traced on it. the inside of the cusp should look
like fig 1 opp; and its outside fig 2 68 D[E] gives one cusp
with the place of fillet and second order inside complete.
Now, note in these windows, that when their cusps are
solid, the second order goes to their edge: but when
they are cut open, bu chiselling away through the fillet,
the second order is confined to the incision. It is a
curious system, and I do not in the least see the use of
this second order at all.

nearest the sea: On my drawings of this I must depend for
both, they being in everything alike but mere pattern of
tracery: and with different form facade windows.
2. This second window then is given in 68 G. as noted
above p 91 only Fig 1 is sadly rude and scrawled and
blackened, at the right, not are its leaves of true
contour, but merely placed Its shaded point is thejamb
section; the semicircu[l]lar shaft let in at the teo joints.
The smallest Daguerreotype is the tracery of this window.
