Good morning (literally) gamers. My name’s Mo, you’re reading the LUGES Week One Newsletter and I need to come up with an original intro. So, let’s start by letting the cat out the bag here, you may be asking “Why is there a newsletter on Wednesday and not on a Sunday like originally promised?” Well the answer, my fellow LUGES enthusiast, is because I forgot. I’m genuinely sorry and if it happens again feel free to ping me as much as you want in the Discord (discord.gg/luges) as a punishment. Also welcome to all of our new members again cause there are a lot of y’all this year, cool cool.
In terms of events we’ve got:
The County Social – Tuesday, 8pm – 11pm, County Bar. Oh no! This event has already happened! But don’t you worry cause it’s a weekly event so you can always try again next week if you missed it.
Freshers’ LAN – Saturday, 12pm – Sunday 12pm, BNSR 8-12. This is going to be a big 24-hour LAN. Bring your consoles, bring your PCs, bring your friends, screw it, bring your weird next-door neighbour along too idk.
Big shout out to our very own Antivist as he’s only gone and done the world’s first Garden of Salvation boss kill, the absolute mad lad. World’s first raid is a huge achievement so big up there. Fact of the week: Don’t do the newsletter late if you ever find yourself as the LUGES General Secretary cause it will make you feel sad.
