19:06 – Meeting Start
The Committee is not sure if they will be able to run the Belong Arena event this term but may be able to organise the event for next term.
The Committee decided that instead of attending the LUMAS/PokéSoc bar crawl in Week 9, we would be able to join Senet on their bar crawl in Week 9.
- Ben suggested that we could still potentially have a four-society bar crawl.
- Josh responded by stating that there may be some sort of competition that’s being run for the members of the LUMAS/PokéSoc bar crawl.
Ben stated that all the Committee members should submit at least one question for Josh so he can create the feedback survey.
The current questions that Josh has so far are:
- Are you a casual gamer or more Esports oriented?
- What do you like/dislike about the Society?
- What do you want to see in the Society?
- If you aren’t a member, why is this the case?
The Committee will mostly likely use Qualtrics instead of Office Surveys to create the survey as we still have our IT account.
The Committee decided that the best way to share the surveys would be shared via Facebook, Twitter, Email and Discord.
The Committee decided that we would most likely not have a quiz for tonight’s social as to not distract from Rockband.
Mo stated that he would check to see what the issue was with James’ reimbursement for the tape that he bought on the behalf of the Society.
Mo stated that he would chase up Pendle JCR about Pendle Bar’s availability for Term 2 Rockband events.
