Motion to remove Community Officer
- Ben stated that if the motion were to pass, the responsibilities of the Community Officer would be passed onto every Committee member.
- Kieran stated that he was in favour of the role’s removal stating that he has little to do as Community Officer.
- James asked which Committee member would inherit the Community Officer’s responsibilities.
- The Committee responded by stating that the responsibilities would go to every Committee member.

Opinion poll on having a Webmaster role
Mo explained that the Webmaster would be in charge of maintaining the website and ensuring that it adheres to the University’s guidelines for websites.
James Carruthers asked if the Webmaster role would be a Committee role.
- Mo clarified that Webmaster would be a Committee role.
James Carruthers asked if the Webmaster role could instead be merged into an already existing role.
- Mo stated that there currently isn’t a particular Committee role that Webmaster could be merged into as no current Committee roles’ responsibilities are related to the responsibilities that would be assigned to the Webmaster role.
Jonathan asked which Committee member would be the most qualified for the Webmaster role.
- Mo responded by stating that it would most likely be himself (Mo).
Katie and Josh stated that the Committee is currently are trying to reduce the number of Committee members.
Henry stated that he is in favour of having the website.
Josh stated that Facebook and Discord could be used as an alternative to the website.
Katie stated that we could have a vote on whether or not to update the website.
- Josh asked what would happen if we didn’t update the website.
- Mo responded stating that if we didn’t update the website, it could potentially go against the University’s guidelines for websites and could be potentially be taken down.
