- Reducing number of Esports coordinators being discussed again.
- PUBG and Fifa are not urgently in need of a rep since we don’t have teams.
- CSGO still needs a rep.
- Going to discuss reducing coordinators back to 2 at next AGM.
LAN
- Will have League realms for March LAN.
- James unable to attend upcoming LAN.
- LAN document for events for this LAN.
LUGES Streaming
- Twitch’s student program was discussed.
- Discussed the requirements to stream (hardware etc).
Actions
- Move stuff off storage shelf that we stole.
- Start Roses organising.
- Post list of events for upcoming LAN.
- Give the steam voucher to the winner.

- Matt has 6 weeks to do his entire 3rd year project.
- Talk of reducing VPs back to their old roles and introducing a separate VP.
- LUSU angry.
- Bar crawl moved to week 6 to avoid clash with SENET and LUMAS bar crawls.
- Steam Voucher for survey still needs collecting.
