Newsletter Week 29, 2018/19

Hey guys,

Let’s give it up for week 29, the penultimate one. Just one more week till I can make “We’re in the Endgame” memes and you better believe that I will. But until then, I’ll just hit y’all with the spicy news for the week:

The “Not-County-Social” Social – Tuesday, 6pm, Welcome Centre LT 2. Yeah, that’s right, we pulled a little sneaky on ya. This big boi social is replacing the County Social on Friday.
Smash Weeklies – Wednesday, 6pm, BNSR 21. My favourite Smash character is your_name_here, who’s yours? (yes, I know the name thing didn’t work, I did it on purpose, y’all got scared last time I pulled that stunt so now it’s imagination time)

The Alton Towers trip is happening this Friday so if you are going, we’ve sent out an email with the relevant info on it. If you’ve not read it yet, please do cause it’s important.

We’ve also got Bailrigg coming up soon and we can hit you up with that zero entry fee code [REDACTED], you’re welcome. The link to register is here but no hyperlink this time, you’re getting the full thing https://smash.gg/tournament/bailrigg-8-1

And now for the facts of the week, yes, facts as in plural cause this is my domain, I do as I please and you can’t stop me. These ones were submitted by LUGES members too, mainly cause I’m mad lazy.
1. The d10 is the only non-platonic solid gaming die commonly used.
b. Genji: Days of the Blade has history-based enemies, like a Giant Enemy Crab.
iii. We live in a society.

Auf Wiedersehen,
Mo – LUGES General Secretary and is breath-taking but only due to aerobic respiration.
