Introduction Channels – We have made the previous Freshers Introduction channel available to everyone to introduce themselves and get to know you all better. And now you can get to know the exec, the committee has put forward their own introductions too, you can get to know us better :).
Console Channels We are now adding Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo Channels to the games channels for those of you who play on those platforms. You can find them at #xbox, #playstation, #nintendo. Please feel free to use them to find others on your platform to play with.
Improper use of the channels will result in appropriate discipline.
Now onto what’s happening shortly:
Among Us Weeklies Monday @ 6PM – Among Us is unfortunately replacing what would have been Smash Weeklies this term, but if you all like the sounds of this then show up! LUGES is not responsible for any trust issues or other similar consequences arisen from these events.
Jackbox Social Tuesday @ 7PM – Eh, you know the drill, oh wait… The Jackbox Party Pack 7 is out! This time we are gonna have 5 brand new games for you to play. Once again, you do NOT need to own the game, you just need a phone with internet. This will be hosted on our Discord and streamed to Facebook.
Minecraft Hunger Games Friday 23rd October @ 7PM – Heres another round of Minecraft Hunger Games, kinda self-explanatory really. Just don’t eat the turtles.

General Meeting Sunday 1st November – We gonna be having a General Meeting at the start of November! Cus we got exec roles that need to be filled and also business that needs to be sorted.

Constitution Changes:
- Honorary Members of LUGES should be considered Full/Associate Members when they are Full Members of the Student Union
This agenda will be put into the Discord server shortly. If you wish to run for an exec role, please nominate yourself by going to the allocated channel and stating: your name, your desired exec role, and a speech (MAX 1000 characters limit) about why you should be elected. You must be a full member of LUGES to be eligible.
