Background and Hobbies
I grew up in a village in North Wales with my parents and three siblings. I often went on
walks in the surrounding countryside and this is something I still enjoy.
Since being at university, I have enjoyed a number of extra-curriculum activities. I was quite involved at Chaplaincy Centre and have
been part of a number of groups there. I was also fortunate enough to play
with a band called Lemming Along, which was tremendous fun.
To do something a little different, I joined a friend at LUPATS, the parkour (free-running) society at the university.
Although I was never very skillful, I always found it exciting and an excellent way of larking about. I now do a slightly more
sedate version and simply climb trees when I get a chance.
