About Me

I studied Actuarial Science at the University of the West Indies in Jamaica. Those studies covered multiple quantitative fields including statistics, computing, finance, economics and operations research. It was during this time that my desire to delve into the field of statistics was reinforced. So I completed an MSc Statistics with Data Science at the University of Edinburgh in 2020.

Before joining STOR-i, I did an internship as a regulatory analyst for the main electricity supplier in Jamaica. During that year, I was exposed to different types of quantitative research useful in the energy sector. This has heightened my interest in industrial statistics and the application of operations research and statistics in the utilities sector.
