Research Excellence
The
Department is recognised for its research excellence; we were ranked
in the top 20 of 82 Departments of Education in the RAE 2008. 80%
of our research output is considered to be of international standing
and 45% as internationally excellent and world leading.
The Department has a regular Seminar Series which it uses to disseminate
current research. Many of these seminars are available to view/listen
