Registration Information

All registration/booking for the conference is via the online booking site. Participants are requested to register before Friday 12th July. Late booking fee rates will apply after this date and it will not be possible to register after 31st August. There will be no on-site registration at the conference. All participants must be pre-registered.

The conference will be held at the Bailrigg Conference Centre, Lancaster University.  En suite accommodation will be in the John Creed Building and all meals and receptions in The County College.

Anyone wishing to stay in the four star Lancaster House hotel, adjacent to the campus, should contact the organisers directly.  The additional cost will be £43 per night per room.

Refund Policy

Should the conference be unexpectedly cancelled by Lancaster University, all participants will receive a full refund. If it is necessary for an individual to cancel their registration completely, a full refund will be made, subject to a deduction of 15% of the fee for administrative costs. If an individual wishes to cancel a booking in order to transfer to a different option, a full refund of the original booking charge will be made once the new booking has been confirmed. No refunds can be made for cancellations after 30th August.
