Travel informationAirportsThe nearest major airport is Manchester, which runs frequent services to many US and EU destinations. The easiest way to reach the university from the airport is by rail. There are trains direct from the airport to Lancaster station. For travelling via London, check here for information on getting to Euston Train Station. A journey from London Euston to Lancaster is about 3-4 hours.
Travelling by RailIf you arrive by train, Lancaster station is the closest to the University. For train times and fares check National Rail Enquiries. Please remember to double-check timetables close the date of travel, as trains are subject to cancellation. In addition, Lancaster University has information on getting to Lancaster
