                                                                      but            Noe also 4 foil rolled:  trefoil truncated
                                                                      and pierced filleted cusp sharp:  Their relation is about
                                                                      thus                             the 4 foil truncation
                                                                       twice as                        wide as trefoil.
                                                                      In the sketch I have not enough shown the vertical
                                                                      recess to trefoil or 4 foil, to give space.  Thus a section
                                                                      through a b opposite would be a2 b2 the edge of the 4
                                                                      foil meeting the surrounding fillet exactly.
                                                                      At fig C is given the archivolt and its section.
                                                                      There are here all the marks of very early tracery
                                                                      G. book p 30	At the end of the Procurato Vecchi is a house which I
                                                                      		remember 10 years back, as then longing to sketch it for
                                                                      a foreground to theprocurative vecchi:  it has since
                                                                      been restored:  but is very ancient and full of interest:
                                                                       Its lower story is, of course, shop, but on the main
                                                                      story it has
