Aaditya Bhardwaj

I am pursuing Integrated PhD in Statistics and Operational Research. I have completed two internships, one with TVS Motors, a flagship two-wheeler manufacturer and second, with Baker Hughes, a subsidiary of General Electric. Majority of my tasks during my internships were related to two-dimensional reliability modelling, multi-response optimisation, six-sigma techniques, and text mining. My positions have enriched and enhanced my analytical skills as well as extended my interest in the field of Statistics and Operational Research based complex projects. I have also continually developed my skills in communication and being a team player. Furthermore, it has heavily inspired me to join the integrated industrial PhD program of STOR-i CDT at Lancaster University. This is a very unique program being offered here, as I will gain the knowledge of both statistics and operational research. It compliments my background and builds up on my prior education. My modules will provide me with sufficient insight into the fundamentals of these elements, through them, I am confident that, I will be able to make a positive and productive impact. The industrial aspect of this degree program will provide me with real-life exposure to the rudiments of complex problems. In my spare time, I like to play cricket and I am an avid player of chess. Moreover, I like to solve convoluted mathematical problems using high-frequency computational dynamic techniques.

It is only EPSRC CDT in the Lancaster University. It has many industrial partners, including Shell, BT, Rolls Royce, Tesco, Royal Mail, Morgan Stanley.

I have completed MS in Quality Management Science in session 2017-19.

I Studied BSc Mathematics in session 2013-16. My minors were Statistics and Physics. I studied Electronics in the first year of the program.

My Journey,

BIHAR

It is my native state. Many legend, like Budha, Mahavir, Guru Govind Singh, Chanakya, Aryabhatta have belonged to this Place.

JHARKHAND

I have spent childhood in this state. It is a tribal state and accounts for more than 40% of the mineral resources of the nation.

NEW DELHI

I spent a few months in the capital of the Indian Republic. It is among the largest cities of South Asia by population as well as area.
