Flood Snakes & Ladders

An updated version of our interactive Flood Snakes & Ladders game is now available. This game takes participants on a flood journey from a child’s perspective, using real research data to explore what it is like to experience and recover from flooding.

Flood Snakes & Ladders was developed by the Lancaster University team and piloted with CUIDAR partners and other international stakeholders at project meetings and events in Barcelona, Lisbon and Fukushima. We are very grateful to our collaborators for their involvement and feedback, which contributed to the development of the game.
