Negotiations with University Management

UCU remains steadfast in needing to address the issues of Fixed Term Contracts and Research Staff Career Prospects. Negotiations on Fixed Term Contracts began in early May, 2016, stalled, began again but stalled as attempts to widen the scope of the negotiations to include zero-hour and all casualised contracts were disputed by the University, and have again commenced (late 2018/early 2019) and include the broader scope of all casualised contracts.
