Prof. Rachel Cooper and Martyn Evans undertook a trip to Korea to promote the activities of LICA and ImaginationLancaster earlier this month.

This incorporated a visit to the Department of Industrial Design at Korea Advanced Institute of Technology (KAIST), and discussions with KAIST, Hongik University, KACES (Korean Art and Culture Education Services) and the British Council on a number of potential collaborative activities. Professor Cooper delivered two lectures whilst in Seoul, one entitled 'Design Leadership and Global Challenges' at the British Council's Korean HQ, and the other 'Design Education in the 21st Century' for KACES.
