BBC Newsnight political editor visits PPR

Michael Crick

Date: 17 March 2011

On Tuesday 15th March Michael Crick, the political editor of BBC2's Newsnight programme, gave a lecture to students taking the 2nd year course on UK Politics. He gave a stimulating and entertaining talk on the ways in which media influence over British politics has changed in the course of his career. The talk was very warmly received, and Mr Crick answered a series of well-informed questions before hurrying off to watch his beloved Manchester United beat Marseilles at Old Trafford.
