Gaps in students’ work related knowledge and skills, and the complex nature of employability – involving also attitudes and emotional intelligence – can make the job of facilitating its development tricky. This conference offers delegates the chance to learn about two important models and a new Oxford University Press text book designed to address these challenges, and to meet and engage with employers and graduates with experience of the ups and downs of the graduate labour market.
