Organisations today face significant gender-related challenges. This is your invitation to participate in the Gender Matters think-tank, bringing together practitioners, policymakers and researchers to share insights and inspire action to address these challenges.

Gender Matters.

The under-representation of women in leadership roles, the gender pay gap in spite of legislation and the lack of participation in family-based policies in the workplace are three major challenges facing organisations today. There is an urgent need for transformative action, and this think-tank is your opportunity to be part of the conversation about this.

The Gender Matters think-tank provides an opportunity for you to share insights, participate in discussions and gain inspiration through presentations from key figures from policy, practice and academia.
