The free afternoon sessions detailed below are focused on a student audience. They take place in LUMS Lecture Theatre 3 and are open to all – no need to pre-book.

You will also discover how to define a set of brand guidelines for a business on social media.16.00 - 17.00: Writing for Social Media Learn how to create compelling content for a business on social media. You will also discover:• How to develop a brand tone of voice • Writing techniques to help hone writing for small spaces on line• The different ways of responding to customer complaints on social media
