This is a law event as part of Campus in the City. Campus in the City is an exciting, interactive project which brings our world-class research and more to the city centre, as we move into St Nicholas Arcades for five weeks from 24th February 2018. We want to bring local people, academics and students closer together while bringing our research to life and sharing the opportunity to experience the relevance of this research for everyone.

Lancaster University Law Clinic provides free confidential legal advice to members of the public. We will have drop in appointments available for general and family law problems in a private area of the Campus in the City shop. We work in partnership with Citizen’s Advice and local solicitors Joseph A Jones, so there will be a range of expert advice available. Furthermore, clients will be sent a letter of advice within 14 days of the drop in clinic, so this is a great opportunity to get free support with various legal problems. Drop in housing, benefits and debt advice will also be available from Citizen's Advice.
