Profile

Rebecca is the Online Learning Support Officer for the Department of Educational Research.  Until 2013 she  worked as a researcher with the REAP (Researching Equity, Access and Participation) team in Educational Research. Prior to joining REAP, Rebecca worked as a Teaching Fellow in the Computing Department at Lancaster University. She has also worked as a professional librarian and as a Student Learning Advisor.  Rebecca was awarded her PhD from Lancaster University in 2013 and the title is "UK newspapers' reflection of inequity in Higher Education: a study using critical discourse analysis".
