Louise Fowler

Louise Fowler (MBA Business Administration (British Airways), 1994) is one of the UK’s most successful business leaders.

She launched the British Airways Executive Club and relaunched Club & First classes – boasting the first beds on a plane – which revolutionised business travel and propelled BA to the top of the travel service industry.

In recent years, Louise has worked as an independent consultant for well-known consumer brands such as the Post Office, First Direct and M&S, and is an independent Non-Executive Director on a number of boards.

Louise’s Lancaster degree has had a positive impact on her career journey, and she said: “Having an MBA from Lancaster has really stood me in good stead over all these years: the combination of practical and academic work really helped develop my leadership skills.”
