Profile

I am an Assistant Professor of Accounting at Lancaster University Management School. My research interests span corporate governance and financial reporting, with a focus on shareholder activism and restructurings. Prior to joining Lancaster, I served as a fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where I taught Financial Reporting in the undergraduate programme. I hold a doctoral degree in accounting and control from IESE Business School.
