MBA and EMBA alumni are invited to attend the Lancaster MBA London Dinner 2024, taking place in the capital's historic County Hall.

This event is a fantastic opportunity to reconnect and network within our MBA community, to engage with corporate partners, hear from our guest speaker Jane Crowhurst (MBA, 1998), Director at tp bennett Architects... and enjoy a three-course dinner and drinks together in a top London venue!

Built in the early 20th century, County Hall served as London's local government headquarters for sixty-four years. Situated on London's Southbank and overlooking the Thames, its great location offers breathtaking views of The Houses of Parliament, Big Ben and the London Eye.

About the speaker: Jane Crowhurst BArch MBA, Director at tp bennett Architects

Jane believes that we ignore the power and potential of architecture at our peril. Like Edgar Schein who wrote ‘if you do not manage culture, it manages you’, Jane is convinced that if you do not manage space, it manages you.

As a proud Lancaster MBA alumna, Jane joined Roland Berger Strategy Consultants post-MBA, later transitioning to tp bennett Architects, a prestigious firm with a century-long legacy in architecture and design. Now a Director at tp bennett, she specializes in participatory design, focusing on the education sector.

Jane, along with tp bennett, challenges conventional approaches to school design, deeming them inhibitive to both the learning and teaching experience. Aspiring to fundamentally change the architectural paradigm that currently defines educational environments, they deliver architecture as a powerful catalyst for the creation of forward-thinking learning cultures.

She is a founder of Architecture@School, a regular guest speaker at international school conferences and in November 2023 was instrumental in the launch of the first Liberated School Spaces Conference. Her extensive experience as an international school board trustee, coupled with her architectural expertise, MBA from Lancaster, management consulting background, and global exposure across Europe, Asia, and Africa position her to excel in leadership and innovation in both professional and voluntary capacities.

This event is open to all Lancaster MBA and EMBA alumni.

If you are attending with a guest or planning a reunion as part of this event, please give the names of the other attendees you wish to be seated with for dinner.
