Lancaster Arts is proud to bring violinist, Braimah Kanneh-Mason and pianist Jâms Coleman to the Great Hall this autumn. In this new collaboration, two of the leading young musicians in England have come together to explore a beautiful and varied programme of music.
Braimah is a member of the Kanneh-Mason Piano Trio and Kaleidoscope Collective. He has collaborated with artists such as Nicola Benedetti, Tom Poster, Priya Mitchell and the London Philharmonic Orchestra, regularly performing at prestigious festivals and venues in the UK and internationally including the BBC Proms, Wigmore Hall, Barbican Hall, and Kings Place.
Jâms Coleman performs as a solo pianist, chamber musician, and vocal accompanist. His deeply sensitive pianism and explorations of interesting repertoire have made him a regular feature of many festivals and venues such as the Aldeburgh Festival, BBC Proms, Wigmore Hall, The Royal Concertgebouw (Amsterdam), and LSO St Lukes.
“Braimah Kanneh-Mason’s musicianship was never less than superb, [and] what was equally impressive was the humility of his playing.”
