English Literature & Creative Writing at Lancaster are proud to be longstanding partners of Wordsworth Grasmere, which means that, along with offering annual internships there, and free entrance all year round, we make an annual visit.

This visit to Wordsworth Grasmere will include tours of both Dove Cottage and the Wordsworth Museum, and special sessions in the Jerwood Centre, an archive that contains 90% of William Wordsworth’s manuscripts, Dorothy Wordsworth’s Journals and first editions of Romantic-period books including Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein’.

This visit is for English Literature students and those studying English Literature in combination with Creative Writing.
