We warmly welcome applications from academics who share our mission in creating a unique educational experience, and look forward to recieving your application.

Our University

You will be joining a university that combines the stengths of two of the best teaching and learning Univeristies globally and a vibrant new venture that places strong emphasis on the student experience and community.

At DLI, we teach five dual-degree programmes, combining modules from both world-class universities—Deakin and Lancaster—enabling students to achieve two individual degree qualifications (two testamurs) in four years of study.

DLI provides an integrative and inclusive learning environment for a culturally and ethnically diverse student population. Students benefit from access to academic staff who are experts in their field, and who deliver research-led teaching that fosters academic challenge, critical thinking, and exceptional graduate outcomes.

The campus opens its doors to its first student intake in September 2025. It initially can accommodate up to 1,500 students and approximately 100 staff, with ambitious plans for further growth in the coming years.

Lancaster and Deakin share a longstanding collaboration in student mobility and research and have complementary global networks and partnerships. Operational delivery of the campus is led by global education provider Navitas, building on its established partnerships with both universities.
