Lancaster University is one of the best places in the UK to study Geography, Environmental Science and Biological Sciences, according to the 2015 Guardian University Guide.
Geography and Environmental Science were 6th and Biological Sciences came 9th in the UK, in this years Guardian University Guide.
The Lancaster Environment Centre is again placed first in the North West of England for all three subjects, with the quality of teaching being particularly highly rated.
Lancaster University came 10th overall, overtaking many Russell Group universities.
This latest result follows on from strong showing in other recent league tables. Geography and Environmental Science reached the top ten in the Complete University Guide, and Geography was amongst the global top 50 in the QS World University Rankings.
