This free interactive workshop will help you understand the value of mentoring and coaching for your professional and career development. Join us at this free workshop to learn how leaders can use coaching and mentoring approaches to influence and inspire innovative and proactive thinking in colleagues and within teams.

The course is applied to workplace practice and backed up with academic rigour, introducing participants to the latest research and theories.

'Coaching and mentoring’ is designed to move from basic mentoring and coaching skills to experimentation with more advanced coaching conversation models.

For those wishing to progress to postgraduate qualifications, the course introduces participants to coaching within a wider organisational context, looking at its link to leadership and organisational culture.
