Learning Journey
You will work in collaborative networks called Deep Trust Networks (DTNs) where you will share insights and work together to develop an action plan to tackle a key issue facing your company, such as driving productivity.
Module 1: Leading Change
You'll complete a diagnosis of change challenges, and explore options for sustainable change. The role of middle managers in transformation will also be discussed.
Module 2: Thinking Strategically
Developing an understanding of the competitive landscape, you'll develop key skills to deal with uncertainty and build a competitive advantage.
Module 3: Facilitating Innovation
As a group, you will discover how to balance creativity with efficiency, whilst enabling creative talent. This module also introduces you to how to understand and manage diversity, and establish an open organisational culture.
Module 4: Accelerating Transformation
Applying everything you have learnt, you will carry transformation momentum back into your organisation with an innovation challenge.
