How can leaders navigate an increasingly complex and rapidly changing world? Join us for a research seminar with Dr Raúl V. Rodríguez, Vice President of Woxsen University and Sir Cary Cooper Professor of Organisational Behaviour, exploring leadership in an age of complexity.

Drawing on his expertise in computational social science, behavioural dynamics, artificial intelligence and organisational systems, Dr Rodríguez will consider how leaders can understand and respond to complexity in today's evolving organisational and technological landscape.

The session will explore contemporary perspectives on leadership and the challenges and opportunities facing individuals and organisations in an increasingly interconnected world.

The seminar will be followed by a 15-minute question and answer session.
