During term time, we run a drop-in help desk with a member of the Admin team, for general queries and times when you need to come in person, such as handing in medical evidence, or collecting or returning loan equipment.

Please note: These are not one-to-one private appointments with a Disability Adviser. To discuss health matters or your support at Lancaster, please use the Contact Us button to register a query and an adviser will get in touch. 

The help desk is available every working day in term time between 10.00am - 4.00pm. We are situated at the ASK Desk in the Learning Zone.
