Why did you choose to study at LUMS?
I decided to return to Lancaster, where I previously did my undergraduate degree, because I knew how valuable such a Masters degree can be in today’s digital environment.

What was the best thing about your course?
Although the core focus was academic, we were constantly challenged with projects and assignments that enabled me to gain practical industry experience and apply the technical knowledge gained throughout the course with projects such as the summer consultancy challenge and the Hackathon.

What/who inspired you most at LUMS and why?
Professor David Brown was by far the most experienced and insightful scholar I had the pleasure to work with. He definitely challenged me in seeing the corporate world with a more critical view than before.

Describe your time at LUMS in three words:
Engaging, challenging, insightful.

What impact did scholarships/funding have on your degree experience?
It was the main trigger to my return, otherwise I would have considered just remaining in industry.
