Why did you choose to do the IMPM?

To learn how to manage my organization successfully. IMPM is well known to many senior leaders in my company who recommended me to join this program.

What surprised you the most about the program?

Learning through reflection and sharing. 

What are the key skills gained that you have used most?

Reflective thinking and communication.

What have you learned about yourself?

I have realized that I had always wanted a community-oriented organization, which I have been working hard to build since my IMPM experience.

Your advice for future IMPM students.

Enjoy thinking about yourself, watching others, realizing how you are connected to others in your organization, and sharing actively what you feel and ponder on with your IMPM friends.
