The safety of everyone is our greatest priority so our outlets may look a little different to normal. We are happy to be back and will look forward to seeing you again. Below is some additional information which may help to answer some of your enquires before you visit.

Social distancing

When visiting campus outlets, you must maintain social distancing at all times between staff members and other customers.

Signage

Please pay attention to all signage including directional arrows on the floor. There will be a designated entrance and exit with a one-way system in place throughout.

Table service only

We are currently offering table service only.

Ordering

Place your order by using the QR code at your table.

Alcohol

Alcohol can only be purchased with a substantial meal, the online ordering system has been changed to reflect this and a maximum of 2 alcoholic drinks per meal can be provided.

Test and Trace

We are assisting the NHS with their Test and Trace process please make sure you scan the QR code at all entrances.

Takeaway

Takeaways are available.

Face covering

You must wear a face covering at all times when stood up or moving around the venue. Only take your face covering off when seated.

Card payments only

We are only accepting contactless card payments.

Furniture

Our furniture has been rearranged so it is 2 metres apart. We ask that tables and chairs are not moved around.

Additional cleaning

You will see staff undertaking regular deep cleaning with all high-level touch points being cleaned between each user for e.g. tills.

Takeaway cups

All takeaway drinks are being served in recyclable and compostable cups so please ensure you dispose of them in the appropriate bins after use. You won’t be able to use your own reusable cup until further notice. Please note there will be no charge for using our disposable cups at this time.

Hand sanitising

Please make use of the hand sanitisers at the entrances and exits to all venues.

Self service areas

All venues providing self-service options will now be fully staffed for the foreseeable future.

Menus

There will be a reduced menu on offer. All printed menus will be removed from the tables. Please scan the QR code on the table which will allow you to view the menu and order on your mobile device.

Condiments

All bottles of sauces, salt and pepper etc will be removed from outlets and provided on request. Please ask a member of staff for sauce sachets or salt and pepper.
