Lancaster University Food & Dining launches new internal catering ordering system

Lancaster University Food & Dining is launching a new internal catering system making it as simple as possible for you to view menus, order items and manage your booking and delivery information. A new feature on the booking system allows group orders where you can create a shareable menu link to collect each guest’s order in advance or place multiple orders for your whole meeting at one time. The new ordering system will be ready for customers to use from Tuesday 4th January 2022.
How do you order on the new internal catering system?
· Visit the Lancaster University Food & Dining webpage select ‘New Booking’ at the top of the page
· Select the time and date you would like to receive your order (please note all bookings must still be placed 2 working days in advance)
· Next view the menus which are available to order and simply add your food choices to your cart
· Once you have added your order to the basket then its time to check out
· When checking out add your delivery information, cost code and record any allergy or diet information
· Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details
· You can view your orders and place repeat orders at any time by accessing your customer profile on the booking home page
