The Lounge at County South has reopened today, Monday 6 October, as a space to utilise from Monday to Friday, between 8am and 4pm.

The space has been reconfigured and carefully zoned to provide a more comfortable and versatile environment for colleagues and postgraduate students across the University.

It is intended as a place to work, meet, relax, or enjoy food and drink throughout the day.

Visitors can:

• Purchase coffee, snacks, and refreshments from The Lounge.
• Reserve a table for lunch, with options available from both The Marketplace and the Hospitality Food & Dining menu.

This reopening marks the first stage in developing social and working spaces for colleagues in the north of campus.
